Caitlin Southwick

Caitlin Southwick is a contemporary painter and muralist who lives and works in Dorchester, Massachusetts. She works primarily in oil paint and acrylic paints, however she likes to take a multidisciplinary approach to any given project and often implements acrylic and watercolor into her practice as well. She loves painting large scale work with exaggerated contrast. Her work is characterized by brightly saturated colors, zoomed-in compositions, and shiny top coats.

 

Caitlin has dreamed of a career as a painter since she was three years old. When not painting, she can be found camping, growing houseplants, or hanging out with her rabbit, Damon.
